BENO Mechanical Cone Crusher is a low-speed vertical shaft cone crusher independently developed by our company, offering an alternative to the traditional standard cone crusher design. It is mainly used to crush limestone and cement clinker. As the third-stage crushing equipment, BENO Mechanical Cone Crusher has a discharge particle size of less than 30mm, good material shape and low powder extraction rate.
Mainly used for three-stage crushing, BENO Mechanical Cone Crusher is an ideal production equipment for materials with particle sizes of 10mm-20mm and 10mm-30mm, offering capabilities similar to a standard cone crusher in fine crushing applications, while a spring cone crusher might be used in different crushing stages.
BENO Mechanical Cone Crusher has low rotational speed, stable operation, little vibration and little dust. The crushing chamber adopts a V-shaped spiral crushing method with fewer crushing surfaces, which reduces repeated crushing, distinguishing it from traditional standard head cone crusher designs.
The discharging gap of BENO Mechanical Cone Crusher is adjustable.
